You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties

Help

• You will lead a team of analysts to resolve end user and systemic issues regarding the NAVSUP SAS and Navy Data Platform (NDP) environment.
• You will perform high level analysis to define opportunities for new or improved business solutions.
• You will develop in depth reports and visualizations for NAVSUP Leadership.
• You will develop overall test plans for area of responsibility and be responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the testing process.
• You will assure that test plans within functional area are completed, conducts overall system tests to ensure that functional unit interrelationships are functioning properly, and that any problem areas are corrected.
• You will provide pre- and post-implementation training assistance, which may include development of user guides or Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Directing and/or coordinating the efforts of a team of systems analysts ensuring all data and reports requirements are in line with strategic plans and goals; 2) Provides support and expertise on various business intelligence tools which include SAS & Tableau; 3) Actively collaborates with immediate team members, core customer base in WSS, systems administrators, business partners, and other internal (WSS) and external stakeholders (NAVSUP HQ) to establish and meet end-user requirements; 4) Executes organizational projects aimed at improving efficiency and/or increase the Command's overall readiness position; 5) Collaborating with functional experts to resolve end user and customer service issues and problems; 6) Analyzing & summarizing significant data issues/trends and communicating information to upper management; 7) Develop & provide training to the end users. 8) Ensuring team members apply functional knowledge to solve problems and recommend solutions to support a large user base; and 9) Gathers & develop systemic requirements for future systemic changes and applications.
