About the roleBecome the catalyst for supplier transformation as you lead high-stakes external audits across North America-digging deep into manufacturing sites, exposing hidden risks, and setting the standard suppliers must rise to. In this role, you're not just checking compliance boxes; you're driving the entire audit agenda, from planning and execution to verifying corrective actions on-site and ensuring every supplier is worthy of supporting our products and our consumers.
You'll be the force that elevates supplier performance-challenging partners, influencing decisions, and shaping who earns approval and who doesn't. Armed with sharp insight and unstoppable curiosity, you'll bring energy, urgency, and excellence to every audit you lead. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love uncovering the truth behind processes, and want a role where your audits change outcomes, this is where you'll make your mark.
