About the RoleLiquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, fast thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Operations Team as the Supply Planning Manager.
This role will support the finished good planning process from the start of the supply chain to delivery to Liquid I.V. warehouses. This individual will regularly collaborate internally with Supply Chain partners and externally with suppliers and copackers to execute the goals of Liquid I.V. and ensure deliverables are being met. This candidate will be able to work autonomously, while also being an exceptional collaborator, team player, and strategic thinker.
Essential Functions & DutiesFunctions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:- Oversee the Finished Goods (FG) supply planning process across multiple sources and destinations, ensuring a balanced network to achieve customer fill rate targets.
- Collaborate with internal partners within Demand, Procurement, and Logistics to execute an efficient and balanced production plan.
- Manage and escalate supply issues, highlighting business risk and providing root cause analysis and resolution.
- Cross-functional teamwork with internal and external partners on product availability, root causing and resolving issues, and actioning changes for the benefit of fill rate and inventory.
- Support the innovation calendar with on-time and in-full execution for all launches.
- Drive efficiencies within the supply chain to create an optimized and enhanced model.
- Develop and support capabilities for reporting and analysis.
- Lead process improvements and support long-term business strategies.
- Maintain accurate master data to ensure full utilization with ERP & Planning tools.
- Manage 3 direct reports, developing their knowledge of supply chain and planning principles, providing career insight, and helping with professional growth.
- Support ERP implementation and ongoing Kinaxis upgrades and project phases.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
QualificationsThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:- Highly organized and dependable

- Comfortable working in a very diverse, fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines and priorities
- Experience required in production, supply, and distribution planning.
- Experience required in ERP and Planning systems (e.g. D365, Kinaxis, APO, SAP etc.)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to perform data extraction and build analytics in Excel
- Ability to prepare reports involve presenting data with charts, graphs, and other tools
- Verbal and demonstrated written communication skills to different level within the business and external partners
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and become proficient on new programs, dashboards, databases and tools very quickly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, think tactically as well as strategically. Demonstrating objectivity, delivering results, and show initiative.
- Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and able to readily adapt to change
- Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors and colleagues in a thoughtful and attentive manner
- Experience managing a team
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business, economics, or any other business-related field)
- Minimum 5 years' experience
Work Environment- Office environment with flexibility for industry events. Most responsibilities of this job will be handled from the office.
- Travel: 10% of the time to factories.
The compensation band for this position is
$104,100 - $154,700 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
