Job Title: Supply Planner III
Location: Sunnyvale, California
Job Type: Full-time, 3-month On-Going Contract, W2
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid
Pay Range: $55.97 per hour
Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the near future. Job Description: Key Responsibilities - Analyze forecasted demand and inventory levels to develop weekly supply plans that meet customer demand while minimizing total inventory cost.
- Execute weekly supply plans to minimize future supply gaps and maximize inventory turns.
- Analyze and maintain system planning parameters to optimize inventory and achieve service level goals.
- Maintain and update ERP master data for planning parts across multiple plants.
- Initiate Engineering Change Requests based on material life cycle requirements.
- Analyze and resolve product backlogs and fill rate issues on a daily basis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including finished goods planning and factory operations to ensure adequate material and capacity availability.
- Participate in weekly meetings with global teams to support regional and worldwide supply-demand alignment.
- Publish weekly factory forecasts and communicate demand and supply variances.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement improvements.
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in forecasting, planning, purchasing, inventory management, or a related supply chain function.
- Proven track record of delivering operational KPIs while managing projects and initiatives.
- Experience with ERP planning solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting an electronic product service supply chain environment.
- Experience within a forward supply chain environment.
