Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as our Supply Manager for KONE Americas in KONE Allen, TX?

Job Duties

As our Supply Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and supply chain teams to achieve on-time delivery in support of operational and customer commitments. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and proactive issue resolution while collaborating closely with suppliers and internal supply chain stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, resolve constraints, and support delivery objectives.

You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful experience working in the Elevator/Escalator or construction industry (preferred) with 2 years of experience working in a Project Management environment. You will use the knowledge gained through your B.Sc. in Engineering and / or equivalent work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing scope of works and validating in-line with customer specification and internal Tender Letter then booking units into SAP
  • Coordination of drawing and approvals; coordination creation of initial drawings, all revisions and finals including management of scope of works tools, e.g. SAP, Excel order forms, etc.
  • Coordination of change orders; evaluating changes needed to scope of works and coordinating adjacent internal teams to update costs (KONE and supplier) and create new versions of drawings and order forms
  • Order Check Reviews; validate that customer approvals align with latest scope of works offered and that associated costs are within validity
  • Delivery coordination; work with internal Procurement, Materials Management and Supplier Quality Management Teams to ensure that equipment deliveries are aligned with customer defined dates and meet quality requirements
  • Administration tasks to ensure that scope of works, delivery dates for drawings and material and associated costs are kept up to date as project develops and that stakeholder teams are able to track project progress and forecast the schedule of deliverables based on real time information

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $115,400 - $151,410. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
