You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure performance, collaboration, and long-term value
• Negotiating and executing vendor contracts, including pricing, payment terms, rebates, and discounts
• Developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with business and manufacturing needs
• Driving cost reduction initiatives across assigned categories and suppliers
• Leading supplier bidding, evaluation, and selection processes
• Building and sustaining a vendor base that creates competitive advantage
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Management partners

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in supply management, procurement, or a related area
• Experience managing supplier relationships and vendor contracts
• Demonstrated negotiation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and other partners
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize work, apply sound judgment, and meet deliverables in a fast-paced environment
