You will be the primary architect and administrator for our Enterprise Resource Planning and Product Lifecycle Management environments, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows across our hardware platforms.
This is more than a technical administrative role; we are looking for a strategic systems thinker with a management consulting or analytical background who can translate complex supply chain data into actionable business insights. You will work closely with a senior team that has successfully scaled startups, helping to build the organization from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
• System Ownership: Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of our ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and PLM (e.g., Arena) systems.
• Strategic Analytics: Deep dive into supply chain data to provide high-level insights that drive decision-making.
• Process Architecture: Define requirements and design workflows for first-generation products to ensure success as we scale.
• Data Integrity: Maintain system hygiene and act as the single source of truth for financial and supply chain metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure system alignment with product design and manufacturing requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or managing and implementing ERP and PLM systems.
• Background in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a similar data-heavy field where you have translated data into strategy.
• Experience with global supply chain and/or hardware financials.
• Proven experience in building and refining analytics/metrics for a new organization.
• Skilled at spreadsheets and data dashboards.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Previous experience implementing and maintaining ERP or PLM software.
Full-time Employee Benefits:
• 401 (k) max employer match: 3.5% of compensation
• 100% employer-paid health, vision, and dental benefits for you and your dependents
• Unlimited PTO and sick time
• Flexible spending account with employer matching up to $1,650/year (medical FSA)
• Guardian Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
• Opportunity to share in the company's success with competitive stock options
Benefits do not apply to contingent/contract workers.
