Your Role

Improve or create capabilities in the supply chain to enable end to end value chain optimization that allows us to profitability be responsive to customer demand

The Supply Chain Strategy Analyst will be responsible for project support including managing project initiatives or functioning as support for small to large projects involving cross-functional teams. The position is expected to successfully drive progress of business case development and investment planning, development of change management plans, development and maintenance of project schedules and work plans, support projects by analyzing project data and identifying issues and risks and make recommendations for resolution of issues to project leadership. This role is expected to provide risk, issue, and change request management support to their project team. In addition, this role supports executive decision-making meetings, developing executive communications, and maintaining project status reporting.

Your Impact

Project Execution

  • Provide project leadership to plan and execute strategic initiatives


  • Arrange complex business problems and projects into a project plan with recommendations for solutions and workstreams to achieve desired results


  • Conduct thought-provoking detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis, information collection, planning and development work for project deliverables


  • Utilize structured communication techniques to present ideas clearly and logically, ensuring that messages are concise and aligned with organizational goals


  • Support the completion of all project deliverables using project management tools (E.g., work plans, deliverable trackers, issues log)


  • Collaborate across functions with requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation of process and/or technology projects


  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of process improvements, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement


  • Prepare and lead project meetings with materials such as agendas, discussion documents, notes, key decisions, and action items. Meetings include status updates, workshops, and kick-offs


  • Influence small work groups to gain cross-functional alignment
  • Lead process design to develop solutions to complex business problems:


Create process maps, RACIs, org designs, etc. in Visio or other tools

Leverages tools like 5 Whys, Issue Tree, Fish Bone Diagrams, etc. to understand and communicate root cause. Perform data analysis using tools and statistical methods to support recommendations and decision making

Assist in creating and delivering executive level presentations

Your Qualifications
