McCain is embarking on a global supply chain planning and S&OP transformation to improve how we plan and operate our business and supply chain. Key challenges with today's processes include a lack of data connectivity, a lack of engagement from all functions, and a significant time requirement to create demand and supply plans. We are looking to add a Program Manager to help our business and technology transformation teams organize around value, prioritize the work, and remove the blockers to success.
About the role.As McCain Foods embarks on a global digital transformation, the
S&OP Project Manager (Business Transformation) will play a critical role in modernizing supply chain planning capabilities across the organization. This role leads the execution of large-scale, global technology and process initiatives, ensuring successful deployment of best-in-class Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) solutions across all McCain regions. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments.
What you'll be doing.- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for a global Supply Chain Planning and S&OP digital transformation
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, risks, and financials
- Oversee key workstreams including Process, Change, Training, Business Testing, and Go-Live readiness
- Manage testing activities, including scenario planning, execution, reporting, and end-to-end User Acceptance Testing
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across global, multi-time-zone teams and external vendors
- Lead Agile ceremonies and, where required, act as Scrum Master within a hybrid delivery model
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Hold vendors accountable for delivery, quality, and contractual performance
- Coordinate regional deployments, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare execution
- Champion continuous improvement and best practices in project and agile delivery
What you'll need to be successful.- 6+ years of experience in IT or business project management with increasing leadership responsibility
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex global technology implementations
- Demonstrated delivery experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) within hybrid environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage upward and drive accountability
- Experience leading globally dispersed, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of McCain's business, culture, and operations
- PMP, PgMP, CSM, or other Agile certifications (preferred)
About the team.This role is part of McCain's global Supply Chain and Digital Transformation organization. The team partners closely with Supply Chain, IT, Commercial, and external technology providers to deliver enterprise-wide planning capabilities that enable better decision-making and operational excellence. The S&OP Project Manager works at the center of this global initiative, connecting regional teams and ensuring alignment across functions and geographies.
Compensation Package : $81,600.00 - $108,900.00 . CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility
