Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Programs Manager. This is a hybrid role based out of our GEIS Headquarters in Syracuse, NY. Relocation is not provided for this position.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do:

The Supply Chain Program Manager - Product & Supplier Enablement is responsible for improving inbound supply reliability and execution predictability across a $400M+ commercial products business, covering both externally sourced and internally manufactured products. The role owns supplier transaction integrity, supply execution issue management, and operational follow-through to support accurate inventory, backlog conversion, and service performance. Acting as the execution extension of Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing, the position enables supplier and product transitions, cost and resilience initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that reduce execution risk and manual rework. The role operates cross-functionally in a lean environment and is designed as a succession-ready position with broad exposure across supply chain, product, and sourcing operations.

In this role you will:
  • Ensure reliable supply execution for purchased and internally manufactured products by maintaining accurate supplier transactions and resolving inbound delivery and quality issues. The role has expanded significantly as the business has grown, shifting from primarily transaction support to broader ownership of supply execution and problem resolution. Works closely with Strategic Sourcing to support supplier onboarding, re-sourcing efforts, and transitions by coordinating execution steps and following issues through to closure.
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for suppliers and internal teams to address delivery gaps, quality concerns, and data accuracy issues before they impact inventory or customer orders. Spends significant time reviewing supply, inventory, and backlog data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and anticipate execution risks. Investigates recurring issues and partners with suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics teams to implement corrective actions that prevent repeat disruptions.
  • Build and maintain practical reporting that highlights supplier performance, execution gaps, and emerging constraints. Leads targeted improvement efforts to reduce manual rework and execution errors as volume and complexity increase. Supports a lean supply chain organization by reducing execution noise and stabilizing day-to-day operations. Play an important role in improving predictability and protecting service performance in a large, service-critical business.
