  • Manage inventory liability, addressing excess, obsolescence, and aging inventory risks.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for the CM, such as On-Time Delivery and Forecast Accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the supply planning related activities for Turnkey model supply chain, which includes forecast sharing and overseeing the Contract Manufacturer (CM) Purchase Order (PO) placement and supply expedite.
  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between CM and OEM suppliers to ensure seamless PO placement and resolve any open issues for supply delivery.
  • Own the strategy to improve the Turnkey model in the supply planning space, influencing cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Commercial Management.
  • Manage and mitigate inventory liability, including excess and obsolescence, aging inventory, and material exposure risks inherent to the Turnkey model.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CM, such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Purchase Order Acceptance Rate, and Forecast Accuracy.
