Supply Chain Product Owner - eCommerce
Job DescriptionIn one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Job responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Product Managers, UX, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver eCommerce capabilities and digital experiences that support business goals and customer needs.
- Owning and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring features and user stories are clearly defined, aligned to business priorities, and ready for development.
- Translating business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready work for Agile delivery teams.
- Collaborating with Product Management and delivery teams to develop release plans and ensure successful delivery of eCommerce enhancements and new capabilities.
- Communicating priorities, provide business context, and support decision-making to help teams deliver high-value solutions.
- Working closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including technology, UX, marketing, analytics, customer service, and business stakeholders, to deliver product initiatives.
- Facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, user acceptance testing, and product demonstrations.
- Monitoring delivery progress, communicate status, identify risks, and help remove obstacles to achieve successful outcomes.
- Supporting product launches, change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement to maximize business value and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, Digital Commerce, or related experience.
- Experience managing product backlogs, defining requirements, and delivering digital products in an Agile environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand user needs and translate them into valuable solutions.
- Experience partnering with business and technology teams to deliver software, digital platforms, or customer-facing solutions.
- Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Experience influencing and collaborating across cross-functional teams and multiple levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, digital commerce capabilities, or customer experience solutions.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Experience working with Agile teams and product delivery frameworks.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar certification.
- Experience gathering customer and stakeholder insights to inform product decisions.
- Experience defining product success metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of data, analytics, integrations, and digital technology solutions.
- Experience solving business challenges through technology-enabled solutions.

Salary Range: 105,740 – 130,620 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
