  • KPI & Dashboard Ownership: Design and automated deployment of real-time dashboards and KPI metrics to ensure a "Single Source of Truth" that transitions the organization from reactive reporting to proactive, actionable insights for leadership.
  • System Transformation & Automation: Serve as the lead business stakeholder for ERP enhancements, defining functional requirements and driving automation to eliminate manual reporting and close process gaps.
  • Cross-Functional Optimization: Identify and resolve process bottlenecks by executing process improvements that reduce manual data entry and streamline information flow between teams.
  • Digital Innovation: Proactively identify and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-based tools, to enhance business processes, predictive reporting, and overall organizational efficiency.

  • Practical experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks to supply chain workflows.
  • Exceptional ability to map information flow with upstream/downstream impacts and manage the relationship between multiple cross-functional systems and tools

Desirable qualifications
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience across multiple supply chain domains
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
