Full Job Description
We're hiring a Supply Chain Process Analyst II to join the Digital Order Flow & Execution team within North America Marketplace Supply Chain. The Digital Order Flow and Execution team is the operational bridge between Nike Direct and the physical supply chain. We orchestrate order routing, lever execution, inventory enablement, and network readiness from checkout to delivery - ensuring every digital order is routed, fulfilled, and shipped accurately, on time, and at the right cost.

As a Process Analyst II on the team, you will own inventory enablement and systemic alignment across fulfillment and planning systems, and 30-day network readiness work including DC ramp plans, outage and closure calendars, and lever documentation. You will partner closely with supply chain technology, integrated fulfillment planning, fulfillment operations, and Nike Direct teams to ensure digital orders can see, source, and fulfill inventory correctly while meeting speed, cost, and Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) commitments.

This is a hands-on execution role on a small, high-accountability team. Your analytical skills, operational rigor, and ability to translate complex system and network dynamics into clear action will be essential in driving fulfillment performance and readiness across Nike's digital supply chain.

What You Will Work On
  • Inventory enablement and sourcing - Partner with MSC and fulfillment teams to ensure inventory, warehouse, and enterprise systems are aligned from an availability perspective; activate correct customer/site configurations and eligibility so digital orders pull from the right nodes and units
  • Systemic alignment - Ensure fulfillment, planning, warehouse, and transportation systems use aligned data and synchronized processes, including cutoff times, transit times, rate tables, and routing logic
  • Network lever execution support - Develop and maintain SOPs and playbooks for operational levers; support routing and carrier decisions that impact cost-to-serve, split shipments, and expedited freight
  • DC and network readiness - Create and execute ramp plans for new building activations and extended building or system outages; manage the annual DC and carrier closure calendar and determine appropriate levers during disruptions
  • Cost and routing efficiency - Support automation of carrier rate and transit data ingestion; identify and escalate routing and carrier selection inefficiencies while maintaining speed targets
  • Partner and drop-ship fulfillment expansion - Support onboarding and operating model execution for drop ship, third-party fulfillment, and other partner fulfillment models with defined SLAs
  • Peak and launch readiness - Supply DC and operations inputs for peak planning scenarios (e.g., Holiday '26); support regional fulfillment mix optimization and promo inventory positioning visibility for cross-functional partners
  • Cross-system project execution - Partner on system and capability changes such as order management platform upgrades, carrier onboarding, and fulfillment decision logic improvements across the digital network
  • Process documentation and ways of working - Maintain lever documentation, outage runbooks, and alignment processes with technology and analytics partners for system enhancements
  • Performance monitoring and escalation - Use operational reporting and data to track network health, identify execution risks early, and escalate issues that threaten delivery performance, promise accuracy, or inventory availability

Who You Will Work With

You will work in a cross-functional environment across Nike's North America supply chain and digital matrix. Teams include, but are not limited to:
  • DOFE teammates - order health, data and reporting, and program leadership within NA MSC Digital Supply Chain
  • Supply chain technology teams - fulfillment, planning, warehouse, and transportation platform owners
  • Integrated Fulfillment Planning - forecasting, capacity, inventory moves, and omnichannel execution
  • Nike Direct - digital commercial priorities including delivery promise, speed, customer satisfaction, and consumer experience
  • NA Operations - DC operations, transportation, and network execution
  • Fulfillment operations and inventory teams - routing logic, inventory eligibility, and network optimization
  • Carriers and third-party DC operators - last-mile and node-level fulfillment partners
  • Planning, Brand, and Merchandising - as needed for launch moments, promo inventory positioning, and seasonal readiness inputs

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, process analysis, fulfillment execution, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze operational data, identify root causes, and recommend actionable improvements
  • Experience working with enterprise systems in a supply chain or fulfillment environment - for example order management, inventory/ERP, warehouse management, transportation management, or planning systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at varying levels across operations, technology, and commercial teams
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with process or system changes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, deadlines, and concurrent network initiatives
  • Be Empowered to Grow within Nike and Create the Future

Preferred
  • Experience translating business requirements into system configuration, testing, or process changes across multiple connected platforms
  • Familiarity with digital or e-commerce fulfillment - delivery promise logic, transit time tables, routing decisions, inventory sourcing, or cost-to-serve analysis
  • Experience supporting peak or holiday readiness, DC activation/ramp plans, or network disruption management
  • Exposure to drop-ship, marketplace, or third-party fulfillment operating models
  • Comfort working with operational data and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, or similar)
  • Experience documenting processes, runbooks, or SOPs using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Nike's business operations, digital supply chain, or NA distribution network
  • Experience working in a global organization with multiple regions and stakeholders
