Job DescriptionAt the Austin Business Center, we provide affordable and highly accurate precision-guided munitions, helmet-mounted and head-up displays for fighter aircrafts, and advanced electro-optical/laser technology that detect and defeat threats to air and ground platforms.
As a senior planner, this position requires that the individual possess a strong understanding of the procurement and planning processes and is capable of troubleshooting process failures to ensure program success. Will develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. in support of business growth. Support business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, and new product launches. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze performance data, and coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience.
- ERP systems experience (Oracle, SAP, other).
- Ability to adjust to customer requirements with little notice.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Strong understanding of procurement, planning, and project management processes.
- Ability to create presentation materials and give presentations to leadership teams.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Capable of building relationships and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to train and mentor team members.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills and Education- APICS Certification preferred
- Hybrid schedule is half time onsite and more regular for training when starting the new role
