General Summary:

Supports cross-functional process improvement initiatives by partnering with merchandising, store operations, information systems to identify root causes and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Executes project management activities to support the successful delivery of process improvement initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute cross-functional projects that deliver significant value. Supports the definition of project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensures milestones are met through effective coordination and follow-up.
  • Supports the identification, evaluation, and implementation of process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Contributes to process reviews and improvement initiatives to support business performance.
  • Conducts analysis to identify process improvement opportunities by gathering data, performing root cause analysis, and evaluating performance trends. Recommends actionable solutions to improve productivity and operational outcomes.
  • Partners with supply chain, store operations, merchandising, and other department leadership in the development and deployment of process improvement initiatives. Collaborates with IT, finance and other support functions to support implementation efforts and remove barriers to execution.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Ability to identify drivers of operational issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Work Experience &/or Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or industrial engineering required, or may be substituted with equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of three to five years industrial engineering, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, and/or project management experience required.
