About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager will lead the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the Americas region, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, demand forecasts, supply capabilities, and financial targets. This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning teams, driving cross-functional decision-making, inventory optimization, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will leverage data, analytics, and business insights to proactively identify risks, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver actionable recommendations that support business growth and customer service objectives.

Responsibilities include :

S&OP Ownership for Americas region (US, Canada, Latin America)
  • Lead and facilitate monthly S&OP process including Supply and Demand balancing and Executive S&OP meetings within Americas Region
  • Ensure planning processes, performance measures, and decision-making frameworks are consistently applied across the organization.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align priorities and drive consensus on key business decisions.
  • Communicate supply, inventory, and service risks to leadership, along with recommended actions and mitigation plans.


Supply & Inventory Planning
  • Work with Supply and Demand Planning teams to develop balanced plans that support customer demand while accounting for capacity and supply constraints.
  • Leverage At risk and Excess (A&E) opportunities to close planning gaps, reduce risk, and improve execution, while tracking adherence at the market level.
  • Lead scenario analysis to assess potential impacts to service, inventory, commercial objectives, and recommend the best path forward.
  • Partner with Demand Planning to identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize business disruption.


Business Performance Management
  • Monitor and review key planning and supply chain metrics, including Sales Supportability, inventory health, OTIF, and working capital.
  • Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of potential risk.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans to address forecast, inventory, and supply chain performance issues.


Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as a key link between commercial, demand, and supply chain teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, assumptions, and business goals.
  • Build strong partnerships across functions and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
  • Present business insights, recommendations, and trade-off analyses to senior leadership.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Planning Excellence & Digital Transformation
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
  • Champion adoption of planning technologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support ongoing planning transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain.


About you
  • 8+ years experience
  • Bachelor's in supply chain, engineering, or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP and MRP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with large complex data sets
  • Ability to create process governance and structure while managing competing priorities
  • Organized, with excellent follow-through capabilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate team members.


Compensation: $125,000 to $157,000 annually + bonus opportunity
