The OpportunityThis role leads SCO for the Singapore hub and manages one Sales Operations specialist who handles partnership reporting and analytics. It is the main point of contact for production, turnkey and distribution, and owns our SAP S/4HANA planning coordinator responsibilities. It suits someone who enjoys both the detail of daily operations and the wider picture of cost, compliance and vendor relationships.
What you'll do- Day to day, the role runs the flow of orders and shipments worldwide - reviewing demand and supply, and issuing EDI purchase orders to our turnkey partner.
- When order, shipment or customs questions arise, you'll resolve them with Sales, Order Management and logistics partners across NA, EMEA, APAC and Japan.
- On the cost side, the role owns COGS for print, production and distribution, approves freight and vendor invoices, and issues monthly invoices for our entities.
- It also runs quarter-end closure, sets excess-and-obsolete reserves, reconciles inventory and manages returns.
- Product launches fill a big part of the year. The role sets up new perpetual, subscription and POSA SKUs, checks test-card and link-map readiness, and partners with the Product, Sales and turnkey teams so every launch lands on schedule.
- Compliance runs through all of it: SOX controls, tax and environmental reporting for EMEA (Green Dot, EUDR, PPWR), and on-site vendor audits that confirm modern-slavery and labour requirements are met.
- As manager, you'll coach the Sales Operations specialist who builds and maintains our partnership and revenue dashboards.
What you'll bring- Solid experience in supply chain, production planning or distribution operations
- Hands-on SAP (S/4HANA) and EDI order-to-cash knowledge
- Comfort managing COGS, freight and invoices
- A careful, accurate approach to compliance and audit (SOX a plus)
- A track record of managing vendors and external partners
- Clear communication across regions and teams
- People-management experience, or readiness to manage one direct report
- Great to have: Familiarity with POSA or Livecard fulfilment, Power BI or Tableau reporting, or APAC regional operations is a real plus.
What we offerThis is a truly global role with real ownership and a supportive team behind it. We back our people with strong benefits and the freedom to shape how the operation runs as we grow. We'd love to have you on the team - come and build it with us! We can't wait to see what you'll do!
