  • Own site planning capability in SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse, ensuring systems are configured, maintained, and used effectively to support supply, materials, and procurement decisions.
  • Improve planning data quality, master data governance, and signal integrity so teams can make timely, fact-based decisions with confidence.
  • Identify, prioritize, and lead improvements that eliminate manual work, reduce duplicate effort, and increase automation across planning and procurement workflows.
  • Develop meaningful performance metrics and visual management to monitor plan adherence, material availability, inventory health, capacity constraints, and execution risks.
  • Partner with functional leaders to translate site needs into scalable system, process, and reporting requirements; coordinate with network and Digital and Technology teams on solution delivery.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring planning, material, and system execution issues; ensure improvements are embedded in standard work.
  • Provide clear communication of planning performance, emerging risks, decisions, and required actions to the Director of Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders.

Build Capability and Drive Change

  • Coach Planning and Procurement team members on planning fundamentals, SAP, RapidResponse, and effective use of system-driven signals.
  • Create and maintain standardized work instructions, training materials, and governance routines that enable consistent, sustainable execution.
  • Foster a continuous-improvement culture that values data integrity, end-to-end accountability, and simplification of work.
  • Support talent development and cross-functional capability building across the Supply Chain organization.
  • Build productive relationships across the site and network, creating shared ownership for planning performance and systems adoption.

Footprint / Scope of Responsibility

Provide site-level leadership for integrated supply planning and procurement planning capabilities, including process harmonization, systems adoption, and planning governance.

Serve as the primary business owner for SAP and RapidResponse planning capabilities at ANC, partnering with network and Digital and Technology teams as needed.
