Who You Are
As the Global Supply Chain Management, Material Program Manager (MPM), you'll be a key liaison in aligning procurement strategy with depot and site activation needs, guaranteeing that the right materials are acquired, delivered, and ready for use on schedule while upholding GSC governance and contract best practices.
What You Will Be Doing
The F 35 Sustainment Material Program Manager (MPM) supporting depot & site activation and material lay in procurements.
The selected candidate will:
-Work laterally across F 35 Global Supply Chain (GSC) and other LM functions-including Program
-Management-to develop comprehensive acquisition and execution plans that meet programmatic milestones.
-Own acquisition milestone tracking from RFP through Definitization for major depot activation and material lay in efforts.
-Track execution of all activities, including the successful completion of subcontract depot activation
and the "on dock to need" timing for material procurements, ensuring that material delivery aligns with
operational requirements.
-Provide summary level performance metrics to the respective Program Manager and drive resolution of
constraints.
-Serve as the focal point for GSC in program reviews and proposal approvals, ensuring that GSC policies and procedures are applied consistently and accurately
-Apply solid understanding of GSC policies, processes, and compliance requirements is therefore essential
-Identify and remove roadblocks, coordinating with supporting teams to enable successful GSC execution of depot activation and material lay in requirements.
-Apply knowledge of various contract types-to include: Time and Materials (T&M), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to support prime contract needs, assess risk, and guide appropriate contract strategy decisions

-Experience with GSC processes, policies, and practices
-Experience with negotiations and various contract types
-Experienced effectively communicating to clients and executives; as well as clearly and concisely translating programmatic needs into GSC Action

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
