  • Execute supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures established at the global level, and contribute to their continued development and improvement.
  • Ensure all procurement activity complies with the FAR and DFARS, contract-specific flowdown requirements, and company procurement procedures.
  • Maintain complete, audit-ready procurement files, including evidence of competition, price and cost analysis, and single/sole-source justifications, in support of Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) readiness and government audits (e.g., DCMA).
  • Perform and review price and cost analysis on procurement actions of varying complexity, applying a strong understanding of FAR procurement processes and procedures.

  • Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, terms, and long-term agreements to drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and lead-time reduction.
  • Manage supplier performance across on-time delivery, quality, and cost metrics; lead supplier corrective actions and recovery plans when performance falls short of program requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single/sole-source dependency, obsolescence, long-lead material drivers, and foreign sourcing exposure.
  • Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and periodic supplier reviews in accordance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, program management, and finance to align supply chain execution with program schedules and business objectives.
  • Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance, including supplier performance, on-time delivery, inventory turns, and cost efficiency.
