Full Job Description
Supply Chain Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services from the point of origin to the point of consumption. They are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects fo the supply chain process. Including:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends, customer demands and business objectives to align the supply chain strategy with the company's goals.
  • Procurement: Identify and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and other factors. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and delivery terms. Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels by monitoring demand patterns, sales forecasts, and production schedules. Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Coordinate with production, sales, and finance departments to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely replenishment.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely deliver and cost-effective methods. Coordinate with shipping carriers, customs agents, and other logistics service providers to streamline operations. Monitor and analyze transportation costs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Rick Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements and ethical practices. Implement measures to ensure supply chain security and minimize the impact of unforeseen events.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain. Identify opportunities for automation, technology adoption, and streamlining of operations. Conduct regular performance reviews, data analysis and benchmarking to identify areas for optimization and implement best practices.


Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, finance, and marketing, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of supply chain activities. Communicate supply chain performance, issues, and initiatives to stakeholders, including senior management.

Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.

Proven experience in supply chain management.
