PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee full supply chain lifecycle from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery.
• Manage domestic and international supplier relationships, including pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Implement and monitor strategies that align with seasonal demands & market trends.
• Utilize supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to forecast demand, track shipments, and monitor performance metrics.
• Develop contingency plans for delayed shipments and coordinate alternative solutions.
• Assess and compare vendors using cost, quality, reliability, and scalability as key evaluation metrics.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies and waste through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate complex, multi-supplier shipments to align with production schedules and reduce bottlenecks.
• Estimate supply chain budgets and timelines for new product launches, client onboarding, or scaling efforts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; MBA or APICS/CPIM certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP SCM, Oracle SCM Cloud, etc.).
• Experience managing high-volume procurement, transportation logistics, and fulfillment across diverse vendor networks.
• Experience establishing KPIs and using data to drive performance improvements.
