Indotronix is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a Job Opportunity in Phoenix AZ

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Phoenix AZ 85040
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $42.28/hr on W2

Locations: Jamestown ND/ Phoenix, AZ/ Lenexa, KS/ Miami, FL

Working Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm (8 hrs/day - 40 hrs/wk + OT)
Travel expectation would be approximately 25-30% but can fluctuate up to 40% depending on needs of the business.


Job Description:
As our Supply Chain Manager, you'll be the go-to leader for solving problems, removing roadblocks, and ensuring suppliers deliver on time. This role is about more than managing processes-it's about jumping in when issues arise, driving solutions, and keeping production moving. Working closely with suppliers worldwide, you'll play a critical role in delivering affordable, high-quality parts that meet the dynamic needs of our customers. You'll not only fight today's fires but also drive long-term process improvements that strengthen supply chain performance and enhance profitability.

Qualifications You Must Have
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience Supply Chain AND SAP Experience a must! FULLY ON SITE CORE HOURS

Qualifications We Prefer
• Master's degree in business or technical field preferred
• Meaningful experience working with suppliers
• Project management and/or process improvement/Lean experience
• Customer Service mindset and strong follow up skills
• Delivery assurance experience
• Experience organizing initiatives and processes
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with a variety of commodities is ideal results and ability to build relations with various partners
• Aerospace experience
