Which tasks will you perform?

As our Supply Chain Manager, you will:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Supply Chain and Logistics team, driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy for planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer fulfillment to support business growth and world-class service levels.
  • Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, Marketing, and global stakeholders to align supply chain capabilities with customer needs and strategic business objectives.
  • Drive sourcing and supplier management initiatives, building strong supplier partnerships while optimizing cost, quality, delivery performance, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead inventory and material planning strategies that balance customer responsiveness, operational efficiency, and working capital performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements through Lean principles, data-driven decision making, and supply chain best practices to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Develop resilient supply chain solutions by proactively managing supply risks, business continuity plans, and changing market conditions.
  • Influence strategic business decisions by providing insight, leadership, and direction that strengthens operational performance and supports long-term organizational success.

What do we expect from you?
  • 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics in a manufacturing environment and 1-3 years of supervisory experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft digital workplace
  • Possess the ability to identify problems and resolve conflict
  • Negotiation and commercial contract experience
  • Lean Green belt or lean six sigma experience preferred
