Full Job Description
About the Role

Nscale is scaling fast - and the hardware that powers our global AI infrastructure needs to keep pace. We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to help plan, procure, and track GPUs and supporting hardware across our datacenter regions worldwide.

You'll work closely with the infrastructure, finance, and commercial teams to turn demand signals and deployment schedules into day-to-day procurement, allocation, and inventory actions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving operational problems, and keeping complex, fast-moving supply chains on track.
What You'll Do

Early on, you'll get up to speed on Nscale's supply position - learning the current forecast processes, getting familiar with our GPU vendors and OEMs, and building working relationships with the infrastructure, finance, and commercial teams you'll support day to day. You'll learn where the data lives, how orders move through the pipeline, and where the current processes could be tightened up.

From there, you'll take on real ownership of the day-to-day work. You'll maintain demand forecasts and supply tracking models, help translate commercial pipeline signals into procurement requests, and support allocation decisions across regions. You'll track orders through to delivery, flag logistics and import/export issues before they become blockers, and help ensure hardware is ready in time for new datacenter launches. You'll also start identifying repetitive, manual parts of the supply chain workflow - like data reconciliation, order tracking, or reporting refreshes - and build simple AI-driven automations and scripts to speed them up.

Over time, you'll become a go-to owner for supply chain reporting and analysis. You'll build and maintain the dashboards that finance and infrastructure teams rely on, contribute to capital efficiency analysis to help reduce excess inventory and stranded spend, and take on a growing share of the planning work as Nscale's hardware footprint expands. You'll keep expanding the automations you own - using AI tools to streamline forecasting inputs, vendor data processing, and recurring reporting - so the team spends less time on manual work and more time on decisions. There's plenty of room to grow into more strategic responsibility as you build a track record here.
Who You Are
  • 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or procurement operations
  • Exposure to datacenter, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscale environments is a strong plus
  • Interest in or exposure to GPU-based supply chains or large-scale hardware procurement
  • Solid understanding of hardware lifecycle basics in capital-intensive environments
  • Experience supporting OEM or hardware vendor relationships, including logistics coordination
  • Strong Excel skills; comfortable building and maintaining analytical models
  • Comfortable writing SQL and working with operational datasets
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning systems such as SAP, Anaplan, or NetSuite is a plus
  • Exposure to BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., scripting, workflow automation, or AI-assisted analysis) to streamline manual processes
  • A clear communicator who can translate data into practical recommendations for cross-functional partners
