Job Requirements

Job Title: Supply Chain Management Lead

Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Management Lead is responsible for managing supplier performance, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring material availability to support production and customer delivery requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers, procurement, planning, manufacturing, and program leadership to proactively address supply disruptions, drive supplier accountability, and support operational excellence. The Supply Chain Management Lead exercises independent judgment in prioritizing activities, resolving complex supply chain challenges, and implementing corrective actions to support business objectives.

What You will Do:
  • Cultivate ongoing supplier relationships
  • Balance production schedules to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, planners and value stream leaders to leverage order priority and manage escalation aiding in program recovery.
  • Proactive monitoring of supply chain disruptions and implement risk mitigation.
  • Complete root cause analysis of disruption using 5Y or similar methodology
  • Prioritize supplier shipment methods according to Buyer expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, supplier performance data, and related metrics using MS Excel and SAP tools. Identify trends or areas for improvement.

What You Will Bring:
  • Associate degree in related field, in lieu of degree, 4 years of SCM experience.
  • Minimum 5 years SCM experience.
  • APICS or CPIM strongly preferred.
  • Preferred experience in electronics & aerospace industry
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • High intermediate experience with MS Excel and MRP/ERP experience.
  • Effective decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Observes all safety rules per OSHA guidelines
  • Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required,


Pay Range: $78K to $83K per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 10% of travel may be required.

Citizenship requirement:Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
