Position Overview

The Supply Chain team, located in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Supply Chain Leader, Business Improvement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, evaluate, and improve supply chain business processes.
  • Develop end-to-end process maps and business process documentation to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for standardization and improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance existing supply chain tools and evaluate technologies that improve process efficiency, visibility, and business performance.
  • Evaluate business challenges holistically, considering upstream and downstream impacts to identify sustainable solutions and process improvement opportunities.
  • Consistently collaborate and interact with all SC teams and other teams to understand their requirements and pain points. Provide ideas for resolution and initiate or develop solutions using advanced analytical, process mapping and visualization tools.
  • Drive adoption of automation, digital tools, AI, and analytics capabilities to improve decision-making and reduce manual work
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by coaching stakeholders, promoting best practices, and supporting change management activities.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn and apply new analytical methods, technologies, and digital tools to solve business challenges

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain in the manufacturing industry with exposure to one or multiple different supply chain functions (S&OP, Master Planning, Demand Planning
  • BS in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics pr similar discipline with
  • Exposure to supply chain and experience in process improvement methodologies, data analytics and the use of advanced analytics tools as well as ML/AI.
  • Must possess influencing skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel to accomplish personal, plant and regional objectives.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint,
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau, Databricks, SQL and/or Python)
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills;
  • Desire to take initiative and proactively develop relationships with Supply Chain team members, operations, recycling, and commercials teams through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship
  • Experience with advanced planning and order entry systems experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly
