Job Description:

L2C Program

Job Description

Role

Supply Chain: IT Project Manager

Onshore / Offshore

Onshore

Job Description
HPE's acquisition of Juniper Networks is one of the most significant moves in the company's history, bringing two networking leaders together to build HPE Networking, with the ambition of creating the best networking business on the planet. This role sits at the center of that effort as part of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program, responsible for unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across the combined HPE and Juniper networking portfolios onto a single platform, replacing fragmented legacy systems with one seamless, scalable experience for sellers, partners, and customers worldwide.

As part of a fast-moving, multi-year transformation, the team will stabilize near-term operations, migrate core platforms, onboard businesses and suppliers globally, and build new capabilities from the ground up. The choices made here will shape how the combined networking business operates for years to come. You will work closely with business leaders, IT architects, suppliers, and partner stakeholders on a program with direct executive visibility, solving integration challenges at a scale few companies ever attempt.

For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to help build a new business unit from its earliest days, rather than inherit someone else's systems. You will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale platform integration and cross-functional program leadership, with the kind of complexity and pace that can accelerate your career. If you want your work to have a visible impact on a company making a significant investment in its future, this is where that happens.

Workstream-Specific Details

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain IT projects within the L2C program, covering scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risk, and quality across the full project lifecycle.

  • Build and maintain integrated project plans spanning quoting, ordering, and fulfillment workstreams, and manage dependencies with platform migration, data, and integration teams.

  • Drive day-to-day execution rhythm - stand-ups, sprint and release planning, status reporting, steering committee updates, and decision logs.

  • Manage supplier and systems-integrator partners against agreed statements of work, milestones, and service levels.

  • Own the risk, issue, action, and decision (RAID) register; escalate blockers early with clear options and recommendations.

  • Coordinate business readiness activities - process design sign-off, UAT, cutover planning, hypercare, and go-live support - with Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders.

  • Manage financials for assigned projects, including forecasting, accruals, purchase requisitions, and variance analysis against approved budget.

  • Ensure compliance with HPE project governance, change control, architecture review, and security and audit requirements.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to business leaders and IT architects with executive-level clarity.

  • Capture and share lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of program delivery standards and templates.

Education And Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; master's degree an asset.

  • 8+ years of IT project or program management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional delivery.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering Supply Chain, ERP, or Lead-to-Cash / order management platform implementations or migrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce CPQ, or equivalent).

  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and systems integrators, including onshore/offshore delivery models across multiple time zones.

  • Track record of delivery in large-scale transformation, M&A integration, or legacy system consolidation programs.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (CSM, PSM), or SAFe certification preferred.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Strong command of project management disciplines - planning, estimating, dependency management, critical path, change control, and financial tracking.

  • Fluency in both Agile and hybrid/waterfall delivery methods, with judgment on when to apply each.

  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain and L2C process areas: quote-to-order, order management, fulfillment, logistics, and supplier onboarding.

  • Understanding of enterprise integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data migration, master data) sufficient to challenge and align technical plans.

  • Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence, and Power BI.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; able to translate technical detail into business impact.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a bias for structured decision-making under ambiguity.

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across business, IT, and partner teams.

  • Comfortable operating at pace in a high-visibility, rapidly changing environment with competing priorities.

  • Attention to detail and disciplined follow-through on commitments, actions, and escalations.
