Pay Range:

Pay Range:$36.46 - $51.29 The SCIMS Analyst is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of core data defining all supply chain items within the organization’s ERP, supply chain, and purchasing systems. Responsibilities include managing item and contract data, supporting system upgrades, and delivering reporting and analytics to enable informed decision-making. This position ensures data accuracy, supports operational efficiency, and strengthens financial integrity by maintaining consistent, standardized item master records. The analyst collaborates with procurement, inventory management, operations, and finance teams to align item data with business needs and strategic initiatives.

  • Manages data in the ERP and other third-party systems (currently GHX & Symmetric), which may consist of creation and maintenance of the item master, loading contracts, reporting, analytics, cleansing and upkeeping of data.
  • Create and maintain unique, accurate, and standardized item records within the item master database.
  • Develop and enforce naming conventions, cataloging rules, and attribute standards. Validate completeness and accuracy of item descriptions, technical specifications, units of measure, and vendor-specific details.
  • Conducts routine data audits to eliminate duplicates, obsolete records, or inconsistent item attributes.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and support solutions that simplify business processes and align to the Workday ERP roadmap.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, manufacturers, and vendor-part relationships to support seamless purchasing and production planning using tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
  • Maintains data elements in the item master to include Unique Item Code/SKU, Supplier Part Number, Manufacturer Name and Manufacturer Part Number, United Nations Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC), Global Trade Item Number (GTIN), Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS), Universal Product Number (UPN) and Unique Device Identifier (UDI).
  • Gather reporting requirements and develop or enhance reports. Support analytics strategies to improve decision-making and process efficiency.

Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred) or in lieu of a Bachelors degree, three years in relevant experience required.

Experience Required:

· 1-3 years of professional experience OR previous internship experience (healthcare supply chain, project management, or other relevant experience)

· Experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) strongly preferred.

Knowledge of:

· Knowledge of Workday Supply Chain Management for Healthcare is preferred

· Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Item Master details is required

· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Skills in:
