Performs basic technical assessments of components at varying degrees of complexity and integration level, under supervision. Collaborates with design and procurement teams on standard tasks related to integrating supplier components into product development. Performs defined tasks within the New Product Introduction process, ensuring that components and supplier processes meet basic production requirements. Participates in managing non-conforming components by executing assigned tasks such as labeling, sorting, and maintaining records. Contributes to cross-functional projects by completing defined tasks that support product quality improvements, cost reduction, and supply chain performance.

Select and Qualify Components:
-Performs basic technical assessments of suppliercomponents at varying degrees of complexity and integration level includingreviewing material properties, electrical characteristics, and mechanicalspecifications under supervision.
-Assists in collecting and organizing componentreliability data, supporting the analysis and verification of compliance withindustry standards.
-Supports Supplier Quality, Supply Chain Security,and Test Engineering teams by executing defined tasks in componentqualification processes.
-Observes supplier manufacturing processes tolearn quality assurance practices and contributes to documentation efforts.Supplier Engagement:
-Supports specific supplier engagement activitiesby assisting with technical documentation and tracking adherence to performanceand quality standards.
-Participates in audits of new and existingsuppliers by gathering data on production capabilities, process controls, andcompliance with quality and security requirements.
-Assists with documenting supplier processes andidentifying potential areas for improvement.
-Collaborates with design and procurement teams onstandard tasks related to integrating supplier components into productdevelopment.
New Product Introduction:
-Performs defined tasks within the New ProductIntroduction (NPI) process, ensuring that components and supplier processesmeet basic production requirements.
-Participates in design reviews by documentingcomponent specifications and supplier capabilities.
-Supports supplier coordination efforts bytracking production tasks and assisting with schedule alignment.-Assists during pilot production runs bycollecting test data, verifying component quality, and ensuring compliance withestablished standards.
Failure Analysis:
-Contributes to quality excursions by conductingroot cause analyses (RCA) of standard issues and by recommending corrective andpreventive actions (CAPA) within the supply chain.
-Supports root cause analysis efforts by gatheringdata and collaborating with suppliers and quality teams on corrective actions.-Tracks and reports quality metrics, highlightingtrends or issues that could impact component reliability.-Participates in managing non-conformingcomponents by executing assigned tasks such as labeling, sorting, and maintainingrecords.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Collaborates with Design, Operations, Quality,and Procurement teams by executing assigned tasks to support component strategyalignment.
-Acts as a point of contact for specific supplierissues, facilitating basic communication and coordination efforts.-Contributes to cross-functional projects bycompleting defined tasks that support product quality improvements, costreduction, and supply chain performance.
-Assists during design changes, process optimizations,and supply chain transitions by providing data and documenting technicaldetails.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $66,200 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
