Responsibilities

  • Deliver and maintain the EDF Gold layer for Global Network Design with a focus on North America and Latam.

  • Define enhancement roadmaps for technical expansions within annual operating plans (AOP).

Overview

This role will report into the Senior Director of Strategic Capabilities and support the development of the next generation Supply Chain Network Design (ND) capability, enabling industry leading design capability for all Global Business Units, Sectors, and ND Global Capability Centers, across the End-to-End Value Chain. This role is responsible for defining, designing, orchestrating, executing & implementing new Digital Solutions across the Global Network Design suite, including all support & sustain strategies definitions, and the overall suite capability.

The role will coordinate & collaborate with key Global Network Design (GND) stakeholders to execute the strategic technical design approach, and the ongoing evolution of the suite - capability, timing, execution. This will enable identification of transformative projects that will deliver significant levels of profitability, efficiency, sustainability, and service, that align with the organization's global operational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver & maintain the EDF Gold layer (business POC) for the Global Network Design Solution, with a primary focus on North America and Latam markets.
  • Act as main Strategy and Transformation point of contact between the business and technical teams, coordinating and monitoring delivery and execution by PepsiCo S&T capability and related extended teams (e.g. Data, Analytic and AI, Data Science, Digital Product, Infosec, Enterprise Solutions, Delivery).
  • Collaborate with the GND Governance, Process and Sustain team and S&T capability teams to help define and coordinate the sustain & maintain strategy.
  • Define technical expansion & enhancement roadmap & strategies, for within AOP, next AOP & beyond.
  • Collaborate with Modelling & Process teams to convert frameworks & developments, into technical capabilities.
  • Coordinate and support Data Insights feature development, user testing and release roll-outs in collaboration with the Data Science team.
  • Integrate User Experience, strategic & commercial insights, process design and data insights, into overall user experience.
  • Govern the timelines & budgets associated with the relevant areas of ownership.
  • Map ND tech ecosystem dependencies & interactions, ongoing as systems evolve & interchange.
  • Scope needs & vendor scouting, component level capability mapping, gap assessments & Plan B/C/D.
  • Update and maintain the Global Network Design digital architecture, & version management of the Conceptual Architecture.
  • Develop & maintain user training guides for relevant Technical systems, in partnership with GND Process team.


Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, operations research.
  • 5+ years of experience related to Supply Chain management, including experience related to one or more of supply chain network design and optimization, digital supply chain strategy and execution (supply chain data foundation, systems, modelling), and supply chain planning.
  • 2+ years of experience with large scale digital system including requirements gathering, design, execution, and/or implementation.
  • Demonstrates Global Acumen and can partner cross functionally with different levels within the organization.
  • Ability to navigate and proactively address complex problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong, demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Experience managing relations with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Project/program management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with supply chain network design and optimization process and tools (e.g. COUPA Supply Chain Guru, Lyric, AIMMS).
  • Experience with PepsiCo supply chain systems (e.g. PGT, PIRT, Planning Systems).
  • SQL and ETL tool experience.
  • Relevant postgraduate education (e.g. supply chain, digital skills, strategy and transformation).
  • Supervisory experience (direct or indirect/extended resources).
