Supply Chain Coordinator, Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH)North America(US Based - Eastern/Central US)The Supply Chain Coordinator will oversee the inventory of in-house manufactured materials, guarantee optimal inventory levels and taking proactive measures to identify and address potential supply risks within the regional distribution center and customers in the region. This pivotal role involves strategic engagement with the Global Supply Chain Management team but also clear alignment with the regional sales organization to fulfill regional requirements, streamlining internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve the regional supply chain objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Supply Planning & Inventory Management
- Transport Coordination & Execution
- 3PL & Warehouse Coordination (Light Supervision)
- Cross-functional Alignment
You Bring:- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience in Production, Planning, or Inventory Analysis
- Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, preferably in a B2B organization
- Knowledge of SAP Materials Management and Sales and Distribution functions
- Demonstrated statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills using various software and tools
- Familiarity with a variety of Supply Chain Management concepts and procedures e.g. MRP, Inventory Coverage, Operating Working Capital, Demand Planning, OTIF (On Time In Full)
- Solid quantitative computer skills including MS suite
- Experience in SAP (APO/R3), BW and the master data driving the various systems and processes
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will bebased on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00.
