Full Job Description
Our Supply Chain Consultants in planning help design world-class distribution operations. Working with partners, directors, and project managers, you will participate in:
  • Auditing operations and recommending improvements in process, layout and software;
  • Designing and building manufacturing and distribution facilities;
  • Configuring and supporting software systems that run supply chains.

Working out of either our Toronto or Montreal office, at LIDD you will:
  • Analyze, document and calculate logistics and business operations data;
  • Model business processes to develop innovative recommendations for clients;
  • Develop and implement planning tools and processes;
  • Develop scripts that enhance applications, interfaces and reports;
  • Build custom reports and KPIs from multiple software systems;
  • Communicate technical analyses to project teams and clients clearly and concisely;
  • Write training documentation for clients;
  • Attend client-facing meetings.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, software, science, business management or a related field;
  • Live in a city where LIDD has an office: Montreal, Toronto, Los Angeles or Seoul;
  • Be able to travel within Canada and the United States up to 20% of the time;
  • Excellent written and spoken English - French an asset;
  • Programming experience;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • An understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
