Full Job Description
Position Summary:
Develop, analyze, evaluate, and deliver actionable analytics that inform key supply chain decisions, optimize performance, and support the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Define/Design/Develop Data Reporting Tools:
• Lead the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of databases, data pipelines, and analytics infrastructure to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and performance
• Own the design of Power BI dashboard to support the business needs and the ability to build tabular and/or visualization reports as needed
• Develop, implement, and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality with data from primary or secondary data sources.
• Locate and define various reporting and analytics to accelerate the process improvement curve
• Define and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements
• Drive development of new applications and tools as well as ad hoc and refreshable root cause analysis or to streamline related processes

Evaluate/Identify Data Analytics and Trends:
• Lead the identification, analysis, and interpretation of trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques
• Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets
• Extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns using data mining to predict trends in the customer base

Influence Decision-Making Through Strategic Communication & Storytelling:
• Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
• Present data so that results, trends and risks are clearly identified
• Prepare monthly presentations to leadership teams
• Share compelling, insightful storytelling so the business results/needs are understood

Experience and Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of data management and analysis experience
• 3+ years of working within a Supply Chain function
• Relevant industry experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) and consumer products is a strong plus

Skills:
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
• Work independently and with team members to understand database structure and business processes
• Knowledge and experience with SAP, Oracle, Power Bi and/or Business Intelligence is required
• Advanced MS Excel skills with proficiency in advanced functionality and modeling; Excel expertise, i.e. writing macros
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to develop and use metrics/graphs to lead root-cause analysis activities
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
• Ability to effectively lead, take direction, and work within a team representing diverse business functions
• Ability to influence without authority #LI-SF1

The approximate pay range for this position is $112,000.00 to $126,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
