About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to design, develop, and own a suite of reporting and analytics which underpins our organization's ability to track end-to-end performance, and glean key insights. The comprehensive reporting you build will enable c-suite leadership to effectively monitor supply chain health and inform decision making on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

As the business evolves, you will ensure that the Wonder supply chain org is focused on the right metrics by pioneering new KPIs and methods of tracking them. You'll work cross-functionally, partnering with data engineering and the product org to inform requirements for data capture across our systems to provide adequate visibility to effectively track performance and inform improvements. In addition, your position will enable you to identify and propose strategic changes across the supply chain by marrying data-driven insights with a deep understanding of the Wonder operation and core supply chain concepts.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Identify the key drivers of current and future waste across the supply chain by deep-diving business processes, system workflows, and underlying data
  • Create strategic briefs that clearly articulate proposed waste solutions, grounded in data insights and core supply chain principles, for executive and cross-functional audiences
  • Develop cross-functional projects that drive comprehensive, durable waste reduction - balancing customer experience, service level, freshness, and cost-to-serve
  • Lead those projects end-to-end, managing complex stakeholder sets and concurrent business dependencies from problem definition through implementation and measurement
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to track project performance and the key input metrics that drive waste outcomes
  • Align partner teams on joint goals that deliver waste improvements while contributing to partner team success
  • Build a deep understanding of Wonder's business processes and operational inefficiencies across the full supply chain - from supplier through customer-facing experience
  • Work with partner teams to embed waste-conscious design into their business processes and tooling

What You Bring to the Table
  • At minimum, a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business, or a closely related field
  • 3-5 years of experience driving cross-functional programs in supply chain, operations, or a comparable fast-paced environment - food & beverage, restaurant, or high-growth startup experience a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of core supply chain concepts (inventory management, demand forecasting, shelf life, service levels, cost-to-serve) and the ability to apply them in a complex, multi-node operation
  • Track record of leading projects end-to-end through ambiguity - defining the problem, building the plan, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency with SQL and comfort working directly with data to identify root causes and size opportunities; you don't wait for someone else to build the analysis for you
  • Experience building reporting and dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent) to track program performance over time
  • Comfort operating with imperfect data and a bias toward action - you make sound decisions with the information available and refine as you learn

As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome-and encouraged-to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

NYC Base Salary: $96,000-$102,000 per year.

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package including equity and 401K. Additionally, we provide multiple medical, dental, and vision plans to meet all of our employees' needs as well as many benefits and perks that are not listed.
