Job Description/Preferred QualificationsWe are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support our growing Customer Spare and Part Escalation business within KLA Services (SSO). This role will focus on operational reporting and analytics, process improvement/design, and cross-collaboration to drive greater overall customer
experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working with people and systems in a growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze escalation demand trends, operational performance, and service fulfillment data to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, compliance risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze operational data and performance to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance
- Develop, maintain, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to backlog health, order fulfillment, service levels, lead times, and escalation rates across multiple demand types and priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Planning, Logistics, IT, and Customer Support teams to resolve supply chain issues, improve workflows, and drive project completion.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and KPI visibility to improve service performance and operational efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis on order delays, backlog growth, inventory shortages, and system-related issues, providing actionable corrective and preventive recommendations.
- Monitor escalation demand patterns to identify recurring drivers, emerging risks, and opportunities to reduce expedited orders and improve planning accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across multiple business intelligence and operational reporting platforms.
- Support business transformation initiatives by gathering, documenting, and validating SAP S/4HANA business requirements, process flows, and reporting needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data, metrics, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Vizio, Power BI, AI or similar analytic tools is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in supply chain, order management, or logistics
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms
- Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methods
Minimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
Base Pay Range: $63,000.00 - $107,100.00 Annually
