About the Role:- We are seeking a Logistics Project Manager to support a Robotics organization. This role will own the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle - from the moment a purchase order is issued through final delivery at destination - ensuring materials move quickly, efficiently, and with full visibility across all stakeholders.
- The Logistics Project Manager will serve as the central coordination point between Procurement, external vendors, and Logistics Operations, driving streamlined material flow and removing bottlenecks.
- In addition to purchase order management, this role will lead strategic logistics projects aligned to the evolving needs of the Robotics program.
Job Title:Supply Chain Analyst III
Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
- Demonstrated experience managing purchase orders and/or procurement workflows end-to-end
- Experience in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing logistics environments
- Experience with customs/import-export processes for hardware components
- Reporting and communication skills
- Experience automating workflows with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Preferred Qualifications:- Dangerous goods experience
- Exp with SQL
- Exp w/ Asia to US supply chain
- Proficiency in Mandarin
Location: Sunnyvale, CA/Burlingame, CA [Onsite]
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $81,040 - $131,040 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
