Responsibilities:- Lead the development of new supply chains across the value stream (plan, source, make, deliver) for new product and process development.
- Perform analytics to determine how to best resolve constraints to balance service, inventory and cost; and reviews data to ensure successful implementation and interface with other functions and systems
- Analyze, develop recommendations, and lead implementation of continuous improvements to business tools and processes, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking
- Provide supply chain strategy insights and influence at the value stream level
- Coach others on understanding, analyzing, and interpreting data and information, and use of supply chain tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems is preferred. 6-8 years combine experience in Sourcing, Operations, Logistics, Procurement or related fields
- Proficient operating in digital Procure-to-Pay system (such as: Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, etc.)
- Demonstrates knowledge of and coaches others on lean tools including Pull, 5Y, PDCA, kaizen facilitation, A3 thinking, waste elimination
- Builds strong working relationships with internal and/or external customers
- Identifies unexpressed customer needs and potential products/ services to meet those needs
- Is self-sufficient and motivated to take action and grow and develop
- Provides peer-to-peer coaching and developmental feedback to others
PAY RANGE:$90,039.00 - $139,561.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
