About the roleThe Supply Chain Analyst II is responsible for independently applying analytical, reporting, and continuous-improvement methods to improve Supply Chain and Manufacturing performance. This position works cross functionally with multiple departments (i.e. Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.) developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and key performance indicators supporting Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost, Efficiency, and Lean Manufacturing objectives.
Responsibilities- Independently perform data mining, data modeling, statistical analysis, cost-benefit analysis, root-cause analysis, and scenario modeling to support supply chain and manufacturing decisions.
- Develop and maintain supply chain and manufacturing data models, reporting structures, and analytical tools using Excel, SQL Server, Microsoft Integration Services, Power BI, and other approved data-management technologies.
- Analyze performance across production, inventory, planning, procurement, capacity, cost, delivery, service, and quality to identify trends, risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance supply chain and manufacturing key performance indicators, management dashboards, scorecards, and exception-reporting tools.
- Evaluate factory performance, shortages, performance to plan, supplier performance, quality performance, warehouse performance, and other drivers as assigned.
- Develop recommendations and business cases based on analytical findings, including expected operational benefits, financial impact, implementation requirements, and potential risks.
- Present analytical findings, conclusions, and recommendations to supply chain and manufacturing management.
- Lead defined analytical, reporting, and process-improvement workstreams from problem definition through implementation and measurement of results.
- Partner with Planning, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Information Technology, and other business functions to address key problem areas and implement approved solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports, data preparation, workflows, and manual analytical processes.
- Establish appropriate data-validation and quality-control methods to improve the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of supply chain information.
- Provide analytical support for supply chain and manufacturing projects, continuous-improvement initiatives, and management priorities.
QualificationsTechnical
- Demonstrated experience independently analyzing business problems and translating results into practical recommendations required
- Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and management reporting required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and analytical reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data preparation, data modeling, dashboard development, visualization, and report maintenance.
- Proficiency with SQL, including queries, joins, aggregations, data validation, and the interpretation of relational datasets.
- Ability to conduct root-cause analysis, scenario analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and quantitative business analysis.
- Ability to convert complex data into clear findings, business implications, and actionable recommendations.
- Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing or technology-manufacturing environment is preferred.

Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management)
- Professional certifications such as ASCM CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, Lean Six Sigma, Microsoft Power BI, or similar credentials are preferred.
- Minimum three years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or business analytics
