Bachelor's Degree with 12+ Years of Experience Required Position Responsibilities: - Lead supplier and subcontractor business relationships to ensure contractual obligations and customer expectations are met.
- Manage and monitor supplier quality, delivery performance, and financial performance.
- Develop and lead mitigation plans to minimize risk and resolve supplier issues impacting customers and programs.
- Develop and implement supplier base plans aligned with customer, program, and commodity strategies.
- Analyze supplier and business processes to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate them into contracting strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, customers, and program stakeholders.
Preferred Experience: - Previous Boeing experience.
- Experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree with
12+ years of related professional experience required.
