Job DescriptionOracle is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager that will help develop end to end strategy for GPUs supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
The ideal candidate will drive commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, long-term capacity planning, and supply chain resiliency. Partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and executive leadership, this role will help ensure a scalable, cost-effective, and secure supply base that supports Oracle's rapid cloud growth.
Responsibilities- Own global sourcing strategy for GPU technologies and growing business.
- Drive long-term supplier strategy, including executive-level engagement with key industry partners (e.g., GPU, AI Accelerator suppliers).
- Execute multi-year capacity planning and supply assurance strategies in highly competitive and tight market, including multiple transitions.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to influence architecture decisions and align sourcing strategy with technology roadmaps.
- Key driver and lead for commercial negotiations, including pricing frameworks, supply agreements, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive cost optimization while balancing performance, quality, and supply risk across the product lifecycle.
- Establish risk mitigation strategies, competitive pricing, bench marketing, geographic diversification, and contingency planning.
- Influence across various engineering and Business unit stakeholders to align on sourcing strategies.
