As a Supervisory Program Support Specialist at the GS-0301-12 level, some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Working closely with the Administrative Officer (AO) on implementing processes for providing administrative services for the district's main and/or sub-office(s).
- Supervising a subordinate staff of administrative, technical and clerical personnel.
- Setting goals and priorities.
- Preparing schedules for completion of work.
- Analyzing the district's financial obligations and expenditures to ensure compliance with USMS policies and procedures.
- Providing oversight of the property management program.
- Assuring contractors are performing projects that have quality and timeliness measures in place.

QualificationsGS-12 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-11 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 grade level.
(Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).You may qualify at the GS-0301-12 level, if you fulfill the following qualification:
Specialized Experience: One year (52 weeks) of full-time specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the federal service performing the following duties: 1) Providing oversight of an office's administrative services in order to investigate, evaluate and resolve a variety of problems and/or conditions; 2) Monitoring a budget to ensure that funds are obligated; 3) Compiling, reviewing and analyzing report data for completeness and accuracy; and 4) Monitoring and/or approving controlling accountable government equipment, material, and supplies.
