The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) is seeking a full-time Supervisory Product Support Manager [redacted]M to work in its Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Integration Directorate, Weapon System Division at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MA. Value of Position (VoP): NH-346-04 (92) which has a typical 2026 salary range of $107,446- $140,180 (basic salary without locality included). Locality for Boston-Worcester-Providence area is 32.58% of basic salary. **If your current basic salary is within the band, but above the VOP range, your basic salary will not be reduced if you are selected for the position. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Supervisory Product Support Manager (PSM) within the AF Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Integration Directorate. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering product support strategies for the NC3 programs within their division. They will integrate and lead organic/contract support capabilities, personnel, and teams within the Division and across separate functional areas. This person will report directly to the NC3 Integration Director/Integrating Program Acquisition Executive. This position is not eligible for remote or full-time telework; situational-based agreements may be available at the discretion of the hiring manager. DUTIES: • Deliver product support strategies for the NC3 programs and implement product support activities required to sustain fielded systems. • Lead acquisition and sustainment logistics support for multi-functional teams, responding to frequent taskings with short deadlines. • Plan, manage, and coordinate the total cradle-to-grave life cycle cost, schedule, performance, and logistics support for assigned systems or subsystems. • Serve as the logistics technical advisor on contracts and develop comprehensive logistics evaluation criteria to measure contractor progress. • Orchestrate, align, and synchronize the efforts of program-level PSMs across separate program offices to deliver an integrated sustainment capability. • Oversee NC3 commodity radio product support management where no program office exists, including Supply Chain Risk Management, Supply Chain support, and Configuration Management. SKILLS: • Candidates should have a strong background in weapon system acquisition and sustainment logistics with comprehensive knowledge of the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements. • Candidates should have knowledge of applicable principles, policies, and laws; and the ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations to meet program requirements. • Candidates should have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to manage professional relationships with a multitude of stakeholders. • It is desirable for candidates to have a strong background in Logistics Management as applied to DoD acquisition programs. • It is desirable for candidates to have strong NC3 domain experience. • It is desirable for candidates to have technical management and IPT Leadership experience. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: • U.S. Citizenship • Must have a current TOP SECRET SCI security clearance. • Employee must meet Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) requirements, which includes achieving an Advanced certification in Life Cycle Logistics. • Applicant must have Product Support Manager experience. • Applicant must possess at least 8 years of experience as a Life Cycle Logistician. • Applicant must be an existing NH-04/GS-14 as a minimum. • Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.
