Job Title: Manager, Omnichannel & Online Operations

Location: Clark, NJ

A Day in the Life

Reporting directly to the AVP O+O within Corporate Supply Chain, you will orchestrate end-to-end supply chain integration for strategic digital initiatives.
  • Integration & Strategy: Lead cross-functional project plans to integrate new D2C platforms and pilot innovative fulfillment models.
  • Operational Flow: Coordinate EDI, API, and WMS integrations with 3PL partners and internal IT.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge Commercial, IT, and Finance to optimize inventory flows and ensure seamless go-lives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key KPIs like OTIF, order processing speed, and post-launch satisfaction.


We Are Looking For

A highly organized, collaborative project leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to scale our digital operations.
  • SC Management: Strong experience in e-commerce, D2C, and omnichannel logistics.

  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to resolve complex technical and data-validation bottlenecks.

  • Financial Acumen: Managing project deadlines while meeting strict budget and ROI targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating globally with technical developers and business executives.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor project team members and build consensus across a global organization.


Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.

• Experience: 7+ years of project management experience, specifically within eCommerce or Retail environments (experience with Customer portals is a significant plus).

• AI/Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in implementing software solutions, specifically Agentic AI or advanced automation. Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Scrum is required.
