The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS AND RESOURCE SPECIALIST (NH-0301-04) to work at Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 2026 Salary Range: $125,776.00 - $192,331.00/Year (includes locality)

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee operations and resource management related functions within an organizational element. Exercises 2nd level or higher supervisory and position management responsibilities over subordinate employees in the Business Operations Office within the Commodities Maintenance Group. Directs work activities through subordinates with responsibility for maintaining a current knowledge and guiding subordinate employees to provide advice, accountability, and expertise on a continuous basis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support.

2. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of a medium to large sized organization.

3. Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures.

4. Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team.

5. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors.

6. Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.

Additional Position Requirements:

1. Employee must obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the position.

2. Employee may be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours to include evenings and weekends and may be subject to recall. Incumbent may be required to report to work during base exercises, contingencies, or emergency situations and overtime/comp time/credit hours may be required to accomplish

assigned duties.

3. Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial
