- Evaluate, and improve processes and procedures to monitor the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the program segment and/or organization directed.
- Collaborate on cybersecurity designs to meet specific operational needs and environmental factors (e.g., access controls, automated applications, networked operations, high integrity.
- Design and develop system administration and management functionality for privileged access users.
- Comply with organization systems administration standard operating procedures.
- Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to staff supporting ICAM services.
- Oversee the implementation, deployment, maintenance, and administration of enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services.
- Supporting technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, operational needs, and security requirements.
QualificationsBASIC REQUIREMENTS: Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate.

For this position, specialized experience is
1).Overseeing or leading the implementation, deployment, maintenance, and administration of enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services and supporting technologies. 2). Designing, developing, testing, and evaluating identity-driven information systems throughout the systems development life cycle. 3). Directly managing information technology projects that support ICAM service delivery, from development and modernization through operational performance, security, and compliance.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
