- You will plan, coordinate, and execute intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) activities, including liaison with Department of War, Joint Staff, Intelligence Community, and Allied/Coalition ISR organizations.
- You will provide input to program objective memorandum (POM) planning process, and support to the USMC ISR planning, programming, budget, and execution (PPBE) cycle.
- You will develop and integrate ISR policy considerations into overall HQMC Intelligence Division planning and mission priorities to ensure accomplishment of objectives, to include integration of national-to-tactical intelligence capabilities.
- You will lead and guide joint teams of civilian, military, and contractor personnel in the execution of ISR initiatives, to include oversight of technical details of contract support and budget management.
- You will provide accurate and timely ISR advice, counsel, and recommendations to leadership to determine acceptable courses of action.

QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, coordinating, and executing intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR) activities, including liaison with Department of War, Joint Staff, Intelligence Community, and Allied/Coalition ISR organizations, input to program objective memorandum (POM) planning process, and support to USMC ISR planning, programming, budget, and execution (PPBE) cycle; 2) Developing and integrating ISR policy considerations into overall HQMC Intelligence Division planning and mission priorities to ensure accomplishment of objectives, to include integration of national-to-tactical intelligence capabilities in concepts and plans; 3) Record of leading and guiding joint teams of civilian, military, and contractor personnel in the execution of ISR initiatives, to include oversight of technical details of contract support and budget management; and, 4) Providing accurate and timely ISR advice, counsel, and recommendations to leadership to determine acceptable courses of action.
