As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Compensation), at the full performance level, GS-14, you will perform the following duties:

You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing at least 2 out of 4 of these duties:
- Serving as a supervisor for a compensation or payroll department;
- Providing expert level advice to employees, supervisors, and managers on advanced human resources general pay, premium pay and leave administration concepts and practices in accordance with established rules, laws, and policies;
- Providing expert level guidance on time and attendance matters;
- Planning and assigning work to subordinates

Salary: The salary range indicated in this announcement reflects the lowest and highest potential salaries for this position.
