Position Overview

The Workers' Compensation Claims Department has an immediate opening for a Claims Supervisor to lead and develop a team of adjusters while supporting quality claim handling, regulatory compliance, customer service, and operational excellence.

This full-time, exempt position follows a hybrid work schedule and is based at WCF Insurance's Sandy Headquarters. The role reports to a Regional Claims Manager and offers the opportunity to influence team performance, strengthen claim practices, and contribute to a collaborative, service-focused claims organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or professional claims designation preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of claims adjusting experience; supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of workers' compensation claims, regulations, case law, and claims management practices.
  • Experience handling complex, catastrophic, or litigated claims.
  • Strong communication, organization, decision-making, coaching, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced claims environment.

  • Provide technical guidance on escalated claim issues and support onboarding, training, and employee development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, consistency, and operational efficiency.

The expected salary range for this position is 89,100.00-111,300.00. This salary range depends on experience, education, and location for this specific position.
